Technical Administrator – Adaptations
We are expanding our Technical department, providing an exciting opportunity for you to join this dynamic team responsible for providing a home adaptations and technical service to support clients to stay safe, secure, warm and independent in their own home. Your role will be to provide high quality administrative support to the team, including updating client records on the Customer Relations Management system, communicating with clients on behalf of the Technical Officers, and managing Care & Repairs’ Approved Contractors List.
With a great track record in an administrative role, you will be proficient in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes, and have excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills to effectively manage your workload and support your technical team colleagues to achieve their objectives.

Terms and Conditions
Hours: 30 hours per week
Salary: £15,405 per annum (pro rata of £19,000)
Location: Care & Repair Leeds, 323 Roundhay Road, Leeds LS8 4HT
Pension: Auto-enrolment into the Social Housing Pension Scheme, with an employer contribution of 5%.
Holiday: 25 days p.a. increasing to 29 days after 4 years’ service, plus 8 statutory holidays (pro rata for 30 hours per week)

Treasurer Wanted – Voluntary Role
Care and Repair are looking for someone with energy and enthusiasm to become our new Treasurer, and join our Board of Trustees.
We need someone with a passion for ensuring high quality services are provided for people who wish to remain living independently and safely in their homes.
We are the Home Improvement Agency for the city. With charitable status we provide services for older people and disabled people.
Our service is commissioned by Leeds City Council and Leeds Clinical Commissioning Group, with a turnover in 2018/19 of £2.5 million.
We need someone who has experience of Financial Controls and a strategic vision.
We need someone who can contribute to our Board of Trustees’ with an ability to advise on the financial implications of Care & Repair’s strategic plans and new business opportunities, helping set our direction, overall policy, defining goals and evaluating performance.
We have a dedicated Finance Manager and so the role of Treasurer is to oversee the financial work of our organisation.
The commitment is approximately 10 half-day meetings a year plus one awayday.
