C&R Outreach in the Community

Our Care & Repair Outreach & Engagement work is designed to help us connect with the communities we want to reach.

Recently, Claire Lovatt our C&R Outreach & Engagement Officer visited Leeds Black Elders Association Activity & Lunch Club to share information about Care & Repair.

Claire said, “The the LBEA group were a really vibrant friendly group of seniors in Chapeltown and this was a great opportunity to talk about Home Plus. Group leader Michelle organised a microphone for me to give a short talk about the help available from our Falls Prevention Service and our partner agencies. I also had the chance to visit each table to talk to individuals who needed further information or advice offer and take a referral if necessary.”
