Information, Advice & Support


Our Home Plus service provides advice and information to everyone. We can meet face to face or talk over the phone to provide guidance and support on issues such as:

  • Advocacy – Information, advice and assistance with benefits like Attendance Allowance, Pension Credit and Housing Benefit
  • Bereavement and loss
  • Increased care needs
  • Changes in housing needs or a change in housing circumstances
  • Divorce, separation or relationship breakdown
  • Changes in financial circumstances
  • Social activities and keeping active
