About Michael Lasseter
My name’s Michael Lasseter, one of the Technical Officers at Care and Repair Leeds. I went to Salford University where I studied Building Surveying. After leaving there I worked on providing disabled adaptations for a housing association, mostly showers and ramps but also digging out the drawing board for bedroom extensions.
I worked for a Local Authority making accessibility improvements to its municipal buildings for a number of years. Before working at Care and Repair, I designed private adaptations in North Yorkshire. I enjoy seeing projects through from start to completion, doing drawings (now on the computer!) and working as a team. Outside of work I enjoy travel, following Norwich City and cycling.
