From 2008 I was a carer for my mother and due to the help my mother received from C&R I wanted to say thank you for the help my mother received and the difference it made to her life. In 2014 I became a volunteer for C&R and in 2015 I was very fortunate to be offered a post as an administrator for the Warm for Well-being Team. When the funding changed to Home Plus the administration became Customer Service and a few years later I was offered the post of Senior Customer Service. I became the Outreach Worker in March this year.
