Troy O’Driscoll

I’ve spent over 15 years working in operations and project management across the construction and utilities sectors. Over that time, I’ve had the privilege of leading skilled teams, improving processes, and delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard — often under tight deadlines. I’m passionate about creating environments where people can perform at their best and take pride in the work they do.

At Care & Repair, my role is to make sure our operations run smoothly and that every project we deliver truly makes a difference for the people we support. I’m focused on strengthening our systems, supporting our teams, and ensuring we continue to provide a reliable, high-quality service that our clients can trust.

Outside of work, I’m married with three children and spend much of my spare time coaching my two sons’ football teams. Family and community are really important to me, and I bring that same sense of teamwork and commitment into everything I do. For me, good leadership is about balance, integrity, and always striving to improve — both personally and professionally.
