    • Bathrooms and kitchens

Bathrooms and kitchens often need to be changed to help our clients manage day-to-day living independently. At Care & Repair, working with our clients to help them choose the best options for them and making sure the process goes smoothly, is part of our daily work. So, we start by listening to our clients and making an assessment.

Small changes

It may be possible that some smaller aids will help you use the kitchen or bathroom you already have, safely and comfortably. Some equipment is available free of charge but we can also suggest a range of aids to daily living to buy.

Bigger changes

Should you prefer or need a bigger change, you may be entitled to a Disabled Facilities Grant. We can advise on this, and if not, we can still help you with the process of making the changes you want to use your bathroom or kitchen comfortably and safely.

Take a look at our brochure to give you an idea of what is possible, from alterations to your bathroom, to wet rooms and even extensions.
If you like what you see, we can help and take the worry out of the process.
Our experienced technical staff will visit free of charge to discuss your needs and the changes required. If you decide to go further, we will charge a fee, click here for further details.

What our clients say…

‘I can’t get over to this day how easy it was. I was very anxious about the work being done – but I could not be less stressed. Nothing was too much trouble. We are always included in the conversation, and each stage was checked for being ok. Liaison with the council was very good. There’s no price on peace of mind, you get control back over your own life.’ – [Extension with wet room for a family with a disabled child]

What our partners say…

‘The service you provide is always done very, very well, and your staff that complete the work are always very helpful, and always communicate problems if relevant’.
