We consider all types of extension depending on what is most suitable such as rear, side, wrap around extensions as well as double storey extensions.

We will assist you in the whole process from drawing up plans and submitting for planning permission and building regulations to allocating one of our approved contractors to carry out the work.

We will carry out weekly visits as a minimum and we act as point of contact for any questions you have between planners, builders, Leeds city council surveyors where applicable.

All our extensions are built with energy efficiency in mind meaning they are well insulated, compliant with latest building regulations and energy efficiency rules.
