Making Contact

Once you have contacted us we will arrange for a member of our team with the specialised expertise for your type of project to arrange a time to carry out an initial visit. We can supply three ‘no obligation’ quotes alongside a full breakdown of all costs.

Making an Assessment

A meeting with you at your home will be carried out with one of our trusted and fully insured contractors in attendance. This will be a chance to answer any queries, take down the measurements and the finer details, to advise on choices of fixture and design and to confirm the schedule of works.

Scheduling the Work

We will agree a timescale, and communicate regularly with you about timings. Once you are happy with the planned design works, the project schedule and the costs, we will provide the necessary paperwork for you to sign.

Delivering the Project

Once the project begins, you will have the opportunity to speak to the member of team overseeing the project who will carry out a visit to your home each week to check the progress and ensure that any queries and issues are addressed.

Signing Off

A full inspection of all work will be carried out before the project is signed off, including measurements, amendments and finishing touches. If you still have an issue with any of the completed work, our contractors can be relied upon to follow up and complete within 14 days.

Paying for the Work

You may be in receipt of grant funding, self funding or a mixture of both, whether you are self funded or grant funded we can work with you.
