Business Support & Client Referral Coordinator
To work collaboratively as part of a dynamic and fast-paced department, serving as the central point of contact for internal and external customer service. This role ensures the seamless operation of business activities by delivering high quality administrative support, maintaining a client focused approach, and demonstrating confidence in decision making and advisory responsibilities. Additionally, the role provides financial support to enhance operational efficiency, while ensuring compliance with all systems, policies and regulatory requirements.- Hours Part Time / Full Time

To meet the targets and outcomes as set down in the Service Level Agreements. To ensure delivery of high quality and personalised services to our clients whilst adhering to agreed cost parameters. To work as part of the team and liaise closely with clients, contractors, architectural design services, Council representatives, Occupational Therapists and Health and Social Care organisations where appropriate. To manage Health and Safety throughout the projects and to ensure that Safeguarding and Data Protection protocols are observed. To communicate to and meet with the Senior Technical Manager and the Senior Management team on a regular basis to feedback on progress, to report concerns and issues and to agree actions and mitigation's.
Technical Officer
To deliver home adaptations and technical services funded by local and central government and by clients themselves, to help clients to stay safe, secure, warm, and independent in their own home.To meet the targets and outcomes as set down in the Service Level Agreements.
