Caseworker of the year 2021

Congratulations to Ravinder Kaur, who has been crowned Caseworker of the Year 2021 in recognition of her ability to transform people’s lives and for her skills in identifying different ways of working for the benefit of her team and for the organisation.

Ravinder is an experienced support worker, who has worked for Care & Repair for many years and assisted many clients to live more independently and safely in their homes. She has created positive effective working relationships with external organisations and our partners Age UK and Groundwork that promotes efficient cross referral processes. Ravinder is good at identifying solutions to meet the needs of issues facing our clients.
