Carlos Reed

I have been working in the engineering and construction industry since leaving university. I’m a proactive Civil Engineer with experience and knowledge in the development, management, and construction of housing and infrastructure projects. I started my career working for a main contractor in Chile and then I worked for a real estate developer as Deputy Head of Land Development and Deputy Head of Construction. This experience gave me a holistic and strategic view of the industry, the project life cycle, and the management of teams. I hold an MSc GIS from UCL which gave me the technical knowledge and technological tools to be able to improve the efficiencies on the process and increase the productivity of teams inside the engineering and construction industry. I joined Care & Repair because I wanted to work in the third sector putting all my knowledge, expertise, and experience at the service of the community. My aim in Care & Repair is to help the Tech Team to improve project delivery and increase productivity, whilst improving the quality of life of our clients.
