Helen Beioley

I started my career in retail, working for several high street retailers including House of Fraser, Matalan and TK Maxx in a management capacity.

I transitioned to Logistics and Distribution and spend over 20 years opening and managing large sites for both retail and e commerce companies. After a period of 2 years as Operations Director for a small manufacturing company, I decided that I wanted to work for an organisation that helped people less fortunate than myself.

I have been CEO for Care and Repair since August 2021 and I am enjoying the challenge of leading an organisation which constantly strives to identify and help some of the most vulnerable people in the city of Leeds.
