Project Management

Making Contact With You

We aim to get back to the client promptly to arrange a meeting to begin the work as soon as possible. Once we have been in touch with you to find out your specific needs, we can arrange for a member of the team with the specialised expertise for the type of project to arrange a time to carry out an initial visit. We can supply three ‘no obligation’ quotes alongside a full breakdown of all costs.

Visiting to Make an Assessment

A meeting with you at your home will be carried out with one of our trusted and fully insured contractors in attendance. This will be a chance to answer any queries, take down the measurements and the finer details, to advise on choices of fixture and design and to confirm the schedule of works. We will agree a date and always update you on any anticipated delays in advance so that you know what to expect. Once you are happy with the planned design works, the project schedule and the costs, we will provide the necessary paperwork for you to sign.

Carrying out the Project

Once the project begins, you will have the opportunity to speak to the member of team overseeing the project who will carry out a visit to your home each week to check the progress and ensure that any queries and issues are addressed.

Final Amendments and Signing Off

A full inspection of all work will be carried out before the project is signed off, including measurements, amendments and finishing touches. If you still have an issue with any of the completed work, our contractors can be relied upon to follow up and complete within 14 days.
