Here’s some recent feedback from earlier in 2024 about our Home Plus Service.

Thanks to Home Plus, which supports clients with a combination of challenges that affect their ability to live independently and maintain good health in their own homes, these customers were able to come home from hospital and/or had help with mobility around the home, became more independent and could get in and out of their home more easily.
