Our Support Workers provide advice guidance and support for clients living with dementia and, where relevant, their carers.

Leeds Dementia Action Alliance

We are part of Leeds Dementia Action Alliance, providing 8,500 people living with dementia across the Leeds area with support tailored to their needs. As one of over 900 organisations that want to make a difference to the treatment of, attitudes around and overall quality of life of those living with dementia and their carers.

Helping Someone With Dementia - A Case Study
